Charlie is a great performer. His personal life must not have anything to do with his work. What you do after work is your business. He is fantastic on Two in a Half Men. He is the show. Replacing him can't do there is no replacing him. He has talent he is himself he makes money FOR the producer's etc. He deserves to be on the show he is the show. I know many performers, personally they work hard it is a tough business. He is perfect on that show PERFECT

His talent is part of why his recent behavior is so regrettable, especially in the eyes of those who go to work "completely" sober!
If you amended your statement to say: "What you do after work is your business [as long as it does not affect your work], then I would agree with you. Clearly, Charlie's after work "activities" were affecting his work relationships. For this reason alone, his employer had every right to let him go.
