Miley Cyrus is all smiles as she heads into a local Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for an iced coffee on Saturday afternoon (February 5) in Toluca Lake, Calif.

The 18-year-old actress was kind enough to stop and pose with some fans after grabbing her drink and a yogurt to go.

Miley just recently got a new tattoo, in honor of her siblings, People reports. A friend told the mag, "It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters. The dream catcher is to protect them."
